1. Acceptance of Terms & Company Identification

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Subscriber”, or “you”) and Technosight Limited. (“Technosight”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated in the Island of Guernsey (Channel Islands).

By accessing or using our website located at https://technosight.co, our web applications, analytical databases, equity research reports, and subscription services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Services.

2. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing (Paddle)

Our order process, payment transactions, and subscription invoicing are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. (and its affiliates, including Paddle Inc., collectively “Paddle”).

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. When you purchase a subscription to Technosight, you are entering into a contractual relationship with Paddle for the financial transaction. Paddle handles customer service inquiries relating to payment processing, sales tax, VAT calculation and collection, and issues legal invoices. By purchasing through Paddle, you also agree to Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions.

3. Analytical Software & Non-Advisory Nature of Services

All materials provided via the Services—including equity research publications, multi-factor scoring metrics, market screening watchlists, and historical backtesting simulations—are designed strictly for informational, educational, and quantitative analytical purposes for self-directed investors.

Past performance, backtested simulations, or hypothetical modeling results do not guarantee future market performance. Any investment decision you undertake is made entirely at your own independent discretion and risk. We recommend consulting a licensed independent financial adviser before making any investment.

4. User Accounts, Eligibility & Security

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and purchase a subscription. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account credentials. You must immediately notify Technosight at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach. Each account is for individual personal use only; account sharing, credential resale, or unauthorized multi-user access is strictly prohibited.

5. Subscription Plans, Billing & Automatic Renewal

• Monthly Subscription (£15.00 / month): Billed on a recurring monthly cycle in advance.
• Annual Subscription (£135.00 / year): Billed on a recurring 12-month cycle in advance, providing a discounted rate equivalent to £11.25/month.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. All fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and may be subject to applicable local value-added taxes (VAT) or sales taxes calculated by Paddle based on your billing location.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time with zero hassle. Self-service cancellation is accessible through your Account Settings via the Paddle Customer Portal.

Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to all subscribed features until the end of your current paid billing period. We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. 7. Intellectual Property & Limited License

All software, proprietary algorithms, quantitative factor models, research reports, visual charts, data compilations, trademarks, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Technosight Limited. or its licensors, protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, Technosight grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view, download, and read research reports solely for your own personal, non-commercial analytical evaluation. You may not republish, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, sublicense, or sell any content or data feeds obtained from our platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF MARKET DATA, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TECHNOSIGHT LIMITED., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, CAPITAL LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TECHNOSIGHT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Island of Guernsey (Channel Islands), without regard to conflict of law principles. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Guernsey shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
