Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: 12 October 2026 • Effective Date: 12 October 2026

Merchant of Record & Transparent Customer Protection

All order processing, payment handling, and subscription billing for Technosight Ltd. are conducted by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. (or Paddle Inc. in the United States, collectively “Paddle”).

This Refund & Cancellation Policy complies with the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions and the official Paddle Refund Policy. We believe in fair-use pricing, hassle-free self-service subscription cancellation at any time, and comprehensive 14-day refund protection.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Statutory Rights of Withdrawal

We want you to be completely satisfied with our quantitative market screeners, factor models, and equity research reports. We offer comprehensive withdrawal and refund protections:

  • Technosight 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Global): If you purchase an initial Technosight subscription (either Monthly £15.00 or Annual £144.00) and find that our analytical platform does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to request a full 100% refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial transaction date.
  • Consumers Residing in the UK, European Union (EU), EEA, and Switzerland: Under Section 15 of the Paddle Buyer Terms and Section 2.2 of the Paddle Refund Policy, consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from digital service contracts for any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the initial transaction (or following the conclusion of any promotional trial period). Furthermore, UK consumers holding an annual subscription receive a new 14-day statutory right of withdrawal commencing on the date the subscription auto-renews for another yearly period.
  • Consumers in Other Jurisdictions: Consumers in Canada, South Korea, and Brazil possess a 7-day unconditional statutory right to cancel, and consumers in Singapore possess a 5-day right, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
  • Digital Content Delivery Notice: Because Technosight provides immediate cloud access to digital research databases and screening algorithms, you agree that access begins upon checkout completion. If a refund or statutory withdrawal is granted, access to all paid features ceases immediately.

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription (Self-Service at Any Time)

In accordance with Sections 3 and 6 of the Paddle Buyer Terms, subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing intervals (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date. Recurring subscription charges are billed to your chosen payment method on or after 00:00 (UTC) on the date of renewal.

You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time without any cancellation fees, penalties, or long-term commitments, via any of the following self-service methods:

Method 1: Technosight Account Settings

Log in to your Technosight account, navigate to Account Settings, and click Manage Subscription to launch your secure Paddle Customer Portal where you can cancel with one click.

Method 2: Paddle Buyer Portal (Paddle.net)

Visit Paddle’s dedicated buyer support portal at https://paddle.net or click “Manage Subscription” in your Paddle email receipt to cancel directly.

Method 3: Email Support

Email us at [email protected] or [email protected] with the subject “Cancel Subscription”, and our support team will process it for you.

3. What Happens Upon Cancellation vs. Refund

When You Cancel Your Subscription:

  • Access Continues Until Cycle End: In line with Section 6 of the Paddle Buyer Terms, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current prepaid billing period. You retain complete, uninterrupted access to all equity research notes, multi-factor market screeners, and backtesting simulations through the final day of your paid cycle.
  • No Subsequent Charges: Your credit card or payment provider will not be billed again.
  • Graceful Account Retention: When the billing cycle ends, your profile automatically transitions to our free registered tier. Your account history, watchlists, and preferences remain securely preserved.

When a Refund or Withdrawal Is Approved:

  • Immediate Cessation of Access: Pursuant to Section 1.6 of the Paddle Refund Policy, once a refund or statutory withdrawal is approved and processed, access to the paid subscription and paywalled features ceases immediately.

4. How to Request a Refund or Exercise Withdrawal

To request a refund within your 14-day window or under applicable consumer laws, you can utilize any of the following channels:

  1. Directly with Technosight Billing (Recommended for Fast Resolution): Send an email to [email protected] or [email protected] containing your account email address and Paddle Order Reference / Transaction ID. Our billing team will review and authorize your refund with Paddle within twenty-four (24) business hours.
  2. Via the Paddle Customer Support Portal (Paddle.net): Visit https://paddle.net and select “Request refund”. (For EU consumers, a dedicated “Request withdrawal” button is available in the Paddle Customer Portal during the 14-day withdrawal period).
  3. Via Paddle Customer Support Email: Contact Paddle directly at [email protected] quoting your transaction number.

5. Refund Processing Timelines & Original Payment Method

In accordance with Section 3.2 of the Paddle Refund Policy:

  • Original Payment Method: All refunds are credited strictly back to the original payment instrument used for the transaction (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or wire transfer).
  • Paddle Processing Window: Once approved, refunds are processed by Paddle within fourteen (14) days. In practice, funds typically appear on your credit card or bank account statement within five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Sales Tax & VAT Reversals: Any value-added tax (VAT), GST, or state consumption tax originally collected by Paddle on the transaction will be refunded in full alongside the subscription charges.

6. Technical Defects, Delivery Delays, & Service Outages

Pursuant to Section 2 of the Paddle Buyer Terms and Section 4 of the Paddle Refund Policy:

  • If a persistent technical failure, system outage, or delivery defect prevents you from accessing the platform or using the quantitative screening tools and equity reports as described, please contact Technosight first at [email protected] to enable our engineering team to resolve the issue.
  • If the technical issue cannot be resolved in a timely manner, you are entitled to a replacement period or a full refund issued by Paddle in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Recurring Renewals, Payment Disputes, & Chargebacks

Subsequent Subscription Renewals: Beyond the initial 14-day guarantee and mandatory statutory withdrawal periods, recurring renewals are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced, as digital analytical reports and screener data are updated and accessible immediately upon renewal. However, if you experience an exceptional circumstance or inadvertent renewal, please contact our billing team at [email protected] within forty-eight (48) hours of the charge, and we will evaluate your case fairly.

Bank Statement Identifier: Transactions processed by Paddle will appear on your credit card or bank statement as PADDLE.NET * TECHNOSIGHT or PADDLE.COM * TECHNOSIGHT.

Chargeback Prevention Notice: Under Sections 4 and 6 of the Paddle Buyer Terms, we strongly encourage buyers to contact Technosight ([email protected]) or Paddle (https://paddle.net) before raising a chargeback with your card issuer or bank. Raising a dispute or chargeback without prior notice may result in the temporary suspension of your account access while the inquiry is evaluated by Paddle.

8. Business Tax (VAT / GST) Refunds

Pursuant to Section 7 of the Paddle Buyer Terms, business buyers who have been charged sales tax (such as VAT, GST, or similar consumption taxes) on their transaction and are registered for that tax in the country of purchase may be entitled to a tax refund directly from Paddle.

To request a tax refund, eligible business buyers must contact Paddle within sixty (60) days of the transaction date via https://paddle.net or by emailing [email protected], providing a valid tax registration number or exemption certificate.
